ReplyDeleteThis law treats internet as a foolish entertainement. The new EU's telecommunication law recognize the internet access as a fundamental right.
2) Suscribers might be penalized with warning or not. But if they are caught again by a an anti-radar sign they will pass directly to the second stage.
3) Walter says that setting all the labelisation of the Hadopi might take a long. Hadopi want to propose links of legal site for people to dowload music, film and series.
4)Albums sales have collapsed. The sanction can be the cut of the internet connexion.
