Today Internet is one of the most important media in the world. The Internet, sometimes called simply "the Net," is a worldwide system of computer networks - a network of networks in which users can, if they have permission, get information from any other computer. So it needs rules. Let's see how internet works.

PERSONAL OPINION
1) Restriction is very important because some websites may be violent and may influence children in their daily life. They decide it mainly to avoid sexual predators and pornographic contents.
2) France censors the internet to avoid child pornography.
3) No, I never download illegally because it is very risky.
